Die TSR Group gibt Metallen ein neues Leben. Wieder und wieder. Das Unternehmen ist Teil der weltweit tätigen REMONDIS-Gruppe und einer der international führenden Spezialisten für Metallverwertung. Europaweit betreibt TSR 190 Standorte mit rund 4.600 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Mit Leistungen rund um das Sammeln, Aufbereiten und Wiederinverkehrbringen von Eisen- und Nichteisenmetallen agiert TSR als wichtiger Bestandteil der Circular Economy und verlässlicher Partner der Industrie.

An europaweiten Standorten produziert die TSR Group hochreine Recyclingprodukte. TSR40 für die Stahlindustrie sowie TSR130 und TSR136 für die Aluminiumindustrie. Durch hohe und definierte Qualitätsstandards können die Recyclingprodukte gezielt in der weiterverarbeitenden Industrie eingesetzt werden, selbst für anspruchsvolle Güten wie zum Beispiel in der Automobilindustrie. Ein weiterer Vorteil von TSR40, TSR130 und TSR136 ist, dass sie ressourcenschonend sind und sowohl Energie als auch Emissionen einsparen. Damit leistet die TSR Group einen erheblichen Beitrag zur Dekarbonisierung der Industrie.

TSR gewährleistet für die Recyclingprodukte TSR40 bzw. TSR130 und TSR136 eine hohe Versorgungssicherheit. Die Recyclingprodukte werden in einem patentierten Verfahren aus Post-Consumer-Material hergestellt. Man nutzt also eine Quelle, die – anders als Neuschrotte – auch zukünftig permanent in großen Mengen zur Verfügung steht. Entsprechend ist TSR in der Lage, Anfragen nahezu jeder Größenordnung zuverlässig und nachhaltig zu bedienen. Zum Nutzen der Industrie, aber auch zum Wohl unseres Planeten. Denn jede Tonne recyceltes Altmetall hilft, Umwelt und Klima zu schützen.

With services covering the collection, processing and reintroduction of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, TSR acts as a key component of the circular economy and a reliable partner to industry.

At sites across Europe, the TSR Group produces high-purity recycled products: TSR40 for the steel industry, and TSR130 and TSR136 for the aluminium industry. Thanks to high and clearly defined quality standards, the recycled products can be used specifically in the processing industry, even for demanding grades such as those required in the automotive industry. A further advantage of TSR40, TSR130 and TSR136 is that they conserve resources and reduce both energy consumption and emissions. In this way, the TSR Group makes a significant contribution to the decarbonisation of industry.

TSR guarantees a high level of supply security for its TSR40, TSR130 and TSR136 recycled products. These recycled products are manufactured using a patented process from post-consumer material. This means we are using a source which – unlike virgin scrap – will continue to be available in large quantities indefinitely. Consequently, TSR is able to reliably and sustainably meet orders of virtually any size. This benefits industry, but also the well-being of our planet. Because every tonne of recycled scrap metal helps to protect the environment and the climate.

Unsere Anlagen verwerten nahezu jede Art von Schrott – von Eisen und Stahlschrotten bis hin zu Nichteisen- oder Buntmetallen wie Kupfer oder Aluminium. Dabei muss das Metall nicht immer in Reinform vorliegen. Auch Elektronikgeräte oder Verbundstoffe, wie sie beispielweise in Windkraftanlagen zu finden sind, können von uns zu hochwertigen Recyclingrohstoffen aufbereitet werden.
Wir sind zuverlässiger Entsorgungs-Dienstleister im Recycling von ausgedienten Windenergieanlagen. Als vertrauter Partner der Industrie bietet TSR ein flächendeckendes Netzwerk an Recyclinghöfen, ein überregionales Logistiknetzwerk sowie eine Vielzahl an Abbruch- und Demontagebetrieben. Dennoch gibt es Herausforderungen beim Recyceln von Windkraftanlagen und ihrem komplexen Materialmix, die bewältigt werden müssen. Daher engagieren wir uns im RDR Wind e.V., um langfristig eine nachhaltige Zukunft mitzugestalten – Damit nach Ökostrom kein Sondermüll entsteht.

Our plants recycle almost every type of scrap - from iron and steel scrap to non-ferrous or non-ferrous metals such as copper or aluminium. The metal does not always have to be in pure form. We can also process electronic equipment or composite materials, such as those found in wind turbines, into high-quality recycling raw materials.
We are a reliable disposal service provider for the recycling of disused wind turbines. As a trusted partner of the industry, TSR offers a nationwide network of recycling yards, a supra-regional logistics network and a large number of demolition and dismantling companies. Nevertheless, there are challenges to be overcome when recycling wind turbines and their complex mix of materials. That is why we are involved in RDR Wind e.V. to help shape a sustainable future in the long term - so that there is no hazardous waste after green electricity.
